After the feed back from the first video, I decide to make another one. Please share your thoughts.

Too much thinking in front of the camera. When people think they tend to look away from what they are looking at, in your case the camera. If you planned out what you were going to say in advance, wrote it up on cards, practiced it a few times, and then taped your delivery you would have a lot less of that looking away thing.
